The photo on the left shows part of the Sands Resort viewed from the Lagoon Island. The four Town Houses can be seen to the right of the block of Condominiums.  The Swimming Pool, Bar/Restaurant and Office is located over the Car Park in the centre of the Resort.

The house has its own drive, useful to unload shopping and for brief stops. The Ground Floor comprises Sitting Room overlooking front porch and lagoon, Kitchen/Dining Room opening to private patio, Cleaning cupboard, Toilet. Fully zoned central air conditioning and four ceiling fans. Satelite TV. The fully fitted Kitchen is equipped with Electric Oven, LPG Hob, Large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle, Toaster etc. There are ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses for six people.

The First Floor comprises two Bedrooms each with king size beds, en-suite Dressing Rooms, Bathrooms and Balconies. Each suite is served by independant air conditioning units. The master Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, TV, Bathtub and separate shower. Guest Bedroom-king bed, has private balcony that overlooks tropical rainforested hillsAll bedlinen and towels are provided. Maid service is provided twice weekly. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged at your own cost directly with the Sands Office.

The rooftop Thai Sala has views over the Lagoon and great view of Nai Harn Temple to the front and National Park to the rear. It is equipped with fridge, dining table & four chairs,  twin barbecues and a twintub washing machine. The covered area contains ceiling fans and lighting. There is a hardwood table with padded chairs and a small fridge for beverages. In addition there is a sun deck area complete with chaise loungers. Round the back is a washing area with new washing machine and cloths line.
