All rates include electricity, telephone (local calls), UBC TV in Sitting Room and Bedroom 1. All Sands Resort facilities including Swimming Pool, covered Car Park, 24hr. Security and garden maintenance.
Twice weekly cleaning is inclusive and carried out  by the Sands Staff.  Laundry is not included. Normally bedlinen and towels will be changed on cleaning days and laundry charged directly to Guests. Any extra cleaning or laundry required will be charged directly to guests
